Womens Circuit/SpinCombining cardio & strength training. Our spin cycling circuit will get your heart rate up & burn plenty of fat, combined with a full body toning weights circuit using light to medium weight dumbells & medicine balls. This is a one hour session. Suitable for all fitness levels. |

Womens Boxing Fitness CircuitOur boxing fitness circuit will have you sweating and burning calories from the moment you walk in the door. It’s a spin cycling circuit combined with a boxing and body weight workout designed to strip away excess fat and increase muscle tone. This is a one hour session. Suitable for all fitness levels. |

Womens Boxing Fitness (Outdoor)Boxing fitness is one of the most effective ways to get in shape, this outdoor class is a boxing based bootcamp style workout (without the yelling). It is a mix of boxing, running (or walking for beginners), body weight exercises and clean fresh country air. This is a one hour session. Suitable for all fitness levels. |
Womens RunningWhether you’re a serious athlete or just getting started, our running group is a fantastic way to improve your fitness. Participants are broken into small groups of similar ability and fitness levels. Whether it’s an interval session on the oval or a fartlek run along the creek, these sessions will challenge your body and have you smashing your PB in no time. This is a one hour session. Suitable for all fitness levels. |
Teens Fitness CircuitA challenging circuit for all teens. We work with spin bikes, treadmills, medicine balls, sit up mats, resistance bands & body weight exercises to deliver a fun program that will take your fitness to the next level. This is a one hour session. Suitable for all fitness levels. Ages 13-18. |
Kids & Teens RunningWith junior athletes ranging from beginners to national level, our kids & teens running group will gradually build a strong fitness base with our program which combines jogging, interval, fartlek and hill training while also working on improving technique. Like our other running groups, participants work with others of a similar fitness level. This is a one hour session. Suitable for all fitness levels. Ages 9-18. |
YogaFeeling stressed and tired, needing some flexibility in your fitness routine? Our purna yoga , a type of hatha yoga, is suitable for beginners and experienced alike. Practise yoga to develop your flexibility and strength, ease anxiety and stress and improve posture and breathing awareness. The classes provide a nurturing environment focusing on good alignment, core strength, stablility and relaxation. This is a one hour session. Suitable for all. |
Fat FightersOur Fat Fighters program runs for 5 weeks,training 3 sessions per week. Aimed at people who are overweight and unfit who might be apprehensive about starting in a group or at the gym. From a zero fitness base we build your fitness and confidence gradually and get your body moving with low impact, low / medium intensity exercise, combined with up to date nutritional advice to help you lose those unwanted kilos. The fat fighter who loses the most weight by the end of the 5 weeks will receive a free t-shirt and 10 session group fitness pass. These are 45 minute sessions. Suitable for overweight and unfit individuals. |
BootcampFive weeks, hard work, lots of laughs, quick results. Our bootcamp is a mix of boxing, cardio, strength and interval training & a few surprises. Training in a fun, social environment you’ll see reward for effort. This program is very popular and places are limited so get in early. Bootcamp sessions run for one hour. Suitable for all fitness levels. |
NutritionConsistent, frequent exercise will help get you fitter, healthier & lose weight. But without a healthy sensible diet, you’re only doing half the job. Our clients will have exclusive access to our diet & nutrition plan, which has been specifically designed by dietician Rob Haala of Nutrition For Life. Rob tailored the plan based on information provided to him on the typical Flying Start client, type and duration of workouts. The plan contains ample meal ideas and options. It also gives information on how much and how often to eat to achieve a healthy weight while providing adequate energy to meet the demands of regular exercise. If you stick with the plan you’ll get great results. We provide the information, THE REST IS UP TO YOU! |
